of the old cachet, according to our high-handicap testers, who are impressed by
Cobra’s most technologically advanced iron. The multi-material head—polymer top
line, urethane sole insert and a vibration-dampening cavity plate—gives the S9 a
wonderfully supple feel as well as forgiveness. The S stands for “Sweet.” No
argument here.“I could play all day with these,” says a 21. “I hit
several shots that I thought would be short, but they ended up on the green.
Most game-improvement irons look clunky, but these are awfully appealing.”
