Tour Edge Exotics CB2
|
|
|
HANDICAP: High (19+)
|
Of the three hybrids we tested, the Tour Edge Exotics CB2 has the hardest
face, which felt a little jarring at first. But once our testers got used to the
feel, it was a big hit—in more ways than one. The distance comes from a cupped
titanium face bonded to a heavier steel body. It also has two rear weight ports
with removable six-gram screws. An optional weight kit comes with four
additional screws that weigh between two and 10 grams and can help fine tune the
CB2 for different swing types.
“The club has a nice sleek look, and the
ball jumps off the face,” says a 20. “Finally, a club I can use off the tee when
my driver misbehaves.”
