Billy Horschel, a four-time All-American at the University of Florida, set a tournament record at rain-soaked TPC Louisiana, posting a 20-under total of 268 to claim his first PGA Tour win. Horschel played the last 45 holes in 18-under, and his final round 64, a course record that included six consecutive birdies on holes seven through 12, but none of his bombs was bigger than the 27-foot birdie putt he drained on the final hole, which gave him a one-shot margin of victory over D.A. Points, who closed with a 65.
