The Community: Westhaven
Located just south of Nashville in the emerging
town of Franklin, Westhaven is a community that promotes a sense of neighborhood
through meticulous planning, eclectic architecture and amenities that bring
residents together. Developed by Southern Land Company, the property features
sidewalks, shared open spaces, landscaping and porches that encourage
interaction.
In addition, neighbors can gather at the Residents’ Club or
partake in the many amenities, the most prominent of which will be Westhaven
Golf Club, a classic, scenic layout that reflects the mission of the entire
property. Put it all together, and Westhaven harkens back to a simpler, more
traditional era, when community meant more than the physical space.
