Security: The main roads are public, but many of the new neighborhoods are gated and accessible by Key Card.
Golf: 36 Holes of Golf - The Ocean Course, designed by William Mitchell provides spectacular views of Nantucket Sound and Martha's Vineyard. It has received many accolades over the years, including being named the "Pebble Beach of the East". The Dunes Course, redesigned by Marvin Armstrong, has lengthened fairways, new strategically placed bunkers, waste areas, and water hazards which makes this course more challenging than ever.
Amenities: The new 42,000 square foot clubhouse offers spectacular panoramic views of Nantucket Sound. Many dining experiences are available, including private banquet rooms, a la carte service, snack bar and private members dining room. The Clubhouse also features a full service Golf Shop, Member Locker Rooms and Lounge. The Tennis Center offers 16 brand new tennis courts: 12 Har-Tru and 4 all weather. Group and individual lessons and programs are scheduled throughout the season. The Fitness Center offers the latest equipment, plus training and group programs for all levels. Central to the New Seabury waterfront experience is the Cabana Club, featuring an ocean-front pool, children’s pool, snack bar and beach bar. Children’s swimming lessons and Yoga on the Beach are offered throughout the season. Several membership plans are available.
Homes: Single-family homes ranging in size from 3,000-5,000 square feet and priced between $975,000 to just over $2 million. Condominium homes range in size from 1,300 – 3,900 square feet and are priced between $475,000 and $1.5 million. Many homes and condominiums feature ocean views and/or golf views. All home prices include a Sports Membership to the Club at New Seabury, which provides access to Tennis, Fitness, Pool and Beach*. Golf memberships are available at an additional fee.
Location & Conveniences: The Popponesset Marketplace, located within New Seabury is a seasonal town center featuring restaurants, bars, coffee shop, and general store, plus bike rentals and mini-golf. Approximately 3 miles away, the Mashpee Commons complex features additional shops, restaurants and a movie theatre. Mashpee is located approximately 14 miles from Hyannis, Massachusetts and Barnstable Country Airport and Cape Cod Hospital. Boston, Massachusetts is approximately 67 miles north and is home to Logan Airport.
