Shortly after Cotton Dike was completed, construction of the Morgan River course began.  It is still regarded as one of the great showcases of Arthur Hill’s talent. Narrower than Cotton Dike, the Morgan River course demands accuracy, but well rewards discipline. Its beauty is dramatic; breaks in the stands of ancient oaks lining the holes create frames of the Morgan River and the sweeping salt marshes beyond.
