ON THE TEE Just as he played an international schedule during his playing career, the 2011 World Golf Hall of Fame inductee is designing courses around the world. After opening courses in Dubai and Hawaii, Els' latest design is at the luxurious resort named for Albany House, a notable waterfront estate. The 7,379-yard course, which had a soft opening in the fall, moves through the dunes like a links.
