Sitting along Stonewall Jackson Lake and featuring views of the Allegheny Mountains, Palmer’s course is the centerpiece of this resort within a state park. The 7,149-yard layout takes advantage of the setting and naturally rolling terrain to provide memorable holes like the 429-yard 5th, which runs along a finger of the lake, and the 455-yard 17th, which demands a second shot over wetlands.
