22. The Meadows

Division II Grand Valley State University, located near Grand Rapids in western Michigan, is home to the Meadows, a Mike Hurdzan design that opened in 1994. A windswept, links-style 7,060-yard layout routed among wetlands, Meadows is a popular tournament site. It has hosted the Michigan boys’ and girls’ high school championships, as well as six men’s and women’s NCAA Division II Championships.
