This course, which opened in 2001 and is part of the Kansas City parks and recreation department, defies conventional wisdom of what muni golf entails. All the carts come with GPS, and while the course is not as well known as the Alabama club of the same name, there are plenty of strong holes, from the 234-yard 5th to the 464-yard finishing hole.
