Dubai, United Arab EmiratesAt long last, Tiger Woods’ first design is scheduled to open later this year. The 7,800-yard Al Ruwaya is the main draw at the modestly named Tiger Woods Dubai community, where palaces and mansions start at $12 million. Also set to open is Greg Norman’s Earth course at Jumeirah Golf Estates, home of the European Tour’s $10 million Dubai World Championship, golf’s richest event.
