Where's Millie?

The answer is the 445-yard 14th at Shinnecock Hills Golf Club.

The hole is called Thom's Elbow, referring to the Scottish pro who served the club for 55 years and lived in a cottage beside the tee. At the 1986 U.S. Open, after making a double-bogey on 13 and losing a three-stroke lead to playing partner Lee Trevino, who birdied the hole, Greg Norman was heckled by a fan on the tee who said he was choking. Norman hit a solid drive right down the middle of the fairway, then searched the gallery to confront the man, who apologized.
