The spa includes a fitness center, signature treatments using materials indigenous to the Tonto National Forest, outdoor lap pool and specialty relaxation area with views of the Mogollon Rim; nature trails that connect to the national forest that surrounds the community; access to hiking, fishing, camping and hunting. Future developments include a tennis facility, fire pit and the Ranch, a family-focused community with parks, ponds and horseback riding.
