This scaled-down version of the celebrity chef’s namesake restaurant at MGM Grand gives serious foodies a chance to sample stunning New French cuisine at roughly half the price. The adventurous tasting menu is devoted to tapas and delectable small portions. Signature dishes include foie gras-stuffed free-range quail and steak tartar with old-fashioned French fries. As for vino, the MGM Grand wine team has 14 sommeliers dedicated to helping you find a “transcendent” bottle of wine.
