Designed by Jack Neville and often described as the “poor man’s Pebble Beach,” this beloved municipal course has a rather mundane front nine that is fully redeemed by a windswept, links-style back nine woven through seaside dunes adjacent to 17-Mile Drive. A great place to rub elbows with locals. The weekday rate for walkers is a steal at $46.
