Routed across steeply pitched land nearly 500 feet above sea level, this superb layout outside Puerto Vallarta hosted the 2002 WGC-World Cup. Several holes are pushed up against the foothills of the Sierra Madre, the rugged spine of mountains that runs through Mexico's interior. Giant ficus trees, tall palms, and sloping hillsides frame the fairways, with a spidery network of creeks and arroyos in play throughout.
